Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Monitor production quality and reduce rejection rates.
• Perform root cause analysis using 7 QC tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.
• Prepare quality reports, NCR, CAPA documentation.
• Coordinate with production team to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and quality checks.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.

Qualification:

• BE Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience

Experience:

• 1–5 years in Production / Fabrication / Automotive industry
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply (Junior Role)

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of measuring instruments
• Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• MS Excel & documentation skills
