The system validates the collected information to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and uniqueness by identifying and eliminating duplicate records before proceeding to the next stage.
To ensure a fair and transparent workflow, applications are processed using the First In, First Out (FIFO) scheduling mechanism, where requests are handled in the order they are received. The module also supports priority processing for authorized VIP applicants based on predefined permissions and organizational policies. These exceptions are managed through role-based authorization, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with institutional guidelines.
