The Airbag Simulator was developed and fabricated by vertex for teaching people, the necessity of using Seat Belt and to avoid serious injury in an automobile crash. Airbag Simulator is an in-expensive way to demonstrate the airbag system functionality and create awareness on the airbag, seat belts and pretensions. The Airbag simulator can be re-cycled every 120seconds which makes easy to operate. A self-energizing airbag system deploys on impact and easily reloaded automatically by a Pneumatic system.
Even though wearing of seat belts in rear passenger seats is not required, the simulator helps rider understand why wearing them even in the back seat of cars is necessary. The simulator is also an effective tool for helping a person understand the relationship between seat belts and supplemental restraint system (SRS) airbags.
Built into a Light weight Structural Frame for portable movement with smaller Wheels.
Built into a trailer for mobility of the Airbag Simulator on road Transportation by hooking to a vehicle
Using a high-resolution camera, the rider received a photograph of the snapshot on his/her face reaction at the time of airbag opens.
Using the Customer Details at the time of Experience we create a database for Road safety experience Promise
An airbag simulator is a device used to test the functionality of airbag systems in vehicles. It mimics the conditions of a real crash and deploys the airbag(s) in a controlled environment to ensure that they are working properly.
If you're working on a vehicle that has been in a crash or is having airbag system issues, an airbag simulator is necessary to properly diagnose and repair the system. It's important to ensure that the airbags are functioning properly to protect the vehicle occupants in the event of another crash.
No, airbag simulators are designed to be used with specific vehicle makes and models. It's important to use the correct simulator for the vehicle you're working on to ensure accurate results.
To use an airbag simulator, you will typically need to connect it to the vehicle's airbag control module (ACM) using specialised cables. Once connected, the simulator will replicate the signals sent by the ACM during a crash and deploy the airbag(s) accordingly.
Yes, airbag simulators are designed to be safe when used properly. However, it's important to follow all instructions carefully and use the correct equipment to avoid damage to the vehicle or injury to yourself. If you're not sure how to use an airbag simulator, it's best to seek assistance from a qualified professional..
