Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Coordination & Enquiry Handling

  • Handle customer enquiries related to automotive/locomotive R&D projects.
  • Understand technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams for feasibility.

2.Proposal & Quotation Support

  • Assist in cost estimation and pricing discussions.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations.

3. Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients in automotive/locomotive sectors.
  • Study industry trends, competitor analysis, and new technologies.
  • Support in preparing marketing presentations and brochures.

4. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate between R&D team and clients during project execution.
  • Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure proper documentation and communication.

5. Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers.
  • Support in client meetings (online/offline).
  • Assist in exhibitions, trade fairs, and technical seminars.

Qualification:

  • BE – Mechanical / Automobile or MBA (Marketing) with Technical Background

 Experience:

  • 1–5 years in Automotive / Locomotive industry
  • Experience in R&D coordination, technical sales, or business development preferred
  • Freshers with strong technical + communication skills may apply (Junior Level)

 Skills Required:

  • Strong technical knowledge in Automotive or Locomotive systems
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Understanding of engineering drawings & manufacturing processes
