Marketing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Coordination & Enquiry Handling
- Handle customer enquiries related to automotive/locomotive R&D projects.
- Understand technical requirements.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for feasibility.
2.Proposal & Quotation Support
- Assist in cost estimation and pricing discussions.
- Follow up on submitted quotations.
3. Market Research & Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients in automotive/locomotive sectors.
- Study industry trends, competitor analysis, and new technologies.
- Support in preparing marketing presentations and brochures.
4. Project Coordination
- Coordinate between R&D team and clients during project execution.
- Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication.
5. Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers.
- Support in client meetings (online/offline).
- Assist in exhibitions, trade fairs, and technical seminars.
Qualification:
- BE – Mechanical / Automobile or MBA (Marketing) with Technical Background
Experience:
- 1–5 years in Automotive / Locomotive industry
- Experience in R&D coordination, technical sales, or business development preferred
- Freshers with strong technical + communication skills may apply (Junior Level)
Skills Required:
- Strong technical knowledge in Automotive or Locomotive systems
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Understanding of engineering drawings & manufacturing processes
